2. Do not use a County phone!
3. Use your personal cell phone. Do not use a County-issued cell phone.
4. Like the BOS Phone Blitz: You will not speak directly to the CEO, so you read the following message to the person answering.

The CEO is treating CAPE members unfairly and not valuing the work we do on behalf of the residents of Los Angeles County.
Our work bankrolls much of the programs, special projects and departments, including the CEO's office. Last year, our Appraiser members alone brought in a tax roll valued at $1.57 TRILLION!
It's time for CEO Hamai to get back to the table and bargain a fair contract that values the work we do and one that allows us to provide for our families. Thank you.

I support these employees and members of CAPE. These professionals work hard to keep the county running. They serve the people of Los Angeles County, yet the CEO does not value their work.
As a resident of Los Angeles County, I am asking the CEO to sit down with CAPE and bargain a fair contract that reflects the increased cost of living in the Los Angeles Region and more importantly, one that VALUES these hard-working civil servants. Thank you.
