CAPE members gathered at the Annual Membership Dinner to celebrate their union’s successes and achievements.

CAPE President, Carlos Clayton commenced the CAPE Annual Business Meeting on Thursday, July 23, 2015.

L.A. County Supervisor, Hilda Solis expressed her gratitude for the valuable public services our members provide to the County of Los Angeles.

CAPE Counsel, Blaine Meek and CAPE President, Carlos Clayton presented L.A. County Board of Supervisor 1st District, Hilda Solis with the 2015 Outstanding Public Service Award.

2014 Political Endorsement Committee members and phone bankers received the CAPE 2014 Volunteer Service Award.
